Warranty
The warranty includes the arrival of the piece matching the size chart and not defective or with poor or flimsy stitching.
In the event that the item arrives in any of the conditions mentioned, the item will be returned/replaced according to the customer’s request and according to the availability of the item, and the customer will not be charged any shipping costs at all, as Rukn Hasina Company undertakes to bear the costs of shipping trips related to the customer’s request.
Return and exchange of discounted products
Discounted products displayed on our website during annual sales such as National Day or similar events are not allowed to be exchanged or returned.
To be clear and frank, we are literally selling at a loss this year, and the cost of free shipping is high.
But rest assured!
If the item arrives defective, we are obligated to bear the full replacement cost free of charge with another item of the same value.
Our guarantee does not include returns, we only replace.

International Orders
Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not subject to return or exchange unless the error is from the store itself, as we will bear all shipping costs, and Rukn Hasina Company will not bear any additional costs other than the product shipping fees.
Replacement fees
The exchange value is 60 riyals, and Hasina bears any additional shipping costs within the Kingdom. The customer may be required to deliver the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company to exchange the desired part with us.
Return fees
The return shipping fee is 70 riyals, deducted from the product value. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
The customer may be required to deliver the product to a branch of the surrounding shipping company in order for the return to be shipped to us. The amount will not be refunded unless the returned product arrives and is received.
In the event that the customer receives a damaged product, he has the right to inform us so that he will not be charged any return or exchange fees, and Hasina will bear all the fees required to ship the exchanged or returned order.
Please note that if you order more than one dress in one order and we are unable to provide one of the dresses, we will ship the available order and refund the value of the unavailable product.
